Our Polaris Xpedition Bed Tray is a great way to get more storage out of your machine. This tray will work with the Polaris Xpedition XP and also the ADV. Our Polaris Xpedition Bed Tray will double your storage space. We have designed this tray to bolt on the side of your bed using the factory aluminum bed rails. Our side brackets that hold the tray are able to be bolted on low or high. In the low position you have a little over 11" of space under the tray. In the high position you have roughly 15.5" of space under the tray.
The side brackets are bolted to the bed using our special nuts that are inserted in the factory aluminum bed rails. Our side brackets are CNC laser cut from 10 gauge steel and then CNC bent and powder coated black. Our tray is CNC laser cut and bent from .125 thick aluminum and is bolted to the side brackets. Our tray has three braces welded on the bottom side of the tray for extra carrying capacity. Our tray offers many different tie down points for your standard small ratchet strap or bungee cords. Everything is powdercoated black for a long lasting product. All hardware is supplied.
